Job Description
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Client Accounting Analyst to join our client's team reporting to the Controller, the role is responsible for processing the day-to-day financial transactions for clients including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and bookkeeping activities. The Client Accounting Analyst will partner with the Team’s Client Accountants and Senior Accountants to deliver exceptional client service, ensure timely transaction processing, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple client relationships.The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing client needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities

Accounts Payable - Process AP transactions, manage vendor onboarding/maintenance (W-9s, banking info), and monitor shared email inboxes.
- Review invoices for completeness, policy compliance, and proper supporting documentation.
- Request, track, and follow up on payment approvals from clients and representatives.
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies; handle outstanding check investigations.
- Assist with annual Form 1099 reporting and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
- Manage physical office mail collection and processing for payment-related correspondence.
Bookkeeping & Reconciliations - Reconcile assigned bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Meet processing, reconciliation, and reporting deadlines while maintaining accurate accounting records.
Client Service & Team Support - Provide professional support to client, vendor, and advisor inquiries; assist with new client onboarding.
- Collaborate with Client/Senior Accountants on deliverables, special projects, and appropriate issue escalations.
