Job Description:
We are is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Staff member to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations, customer service, and team coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, equipment, tables, displays, and materials.
* Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events.
* Support event staff with registration, check-in, and general guest inquiries.
* Help maintain organized and clean event areas before, during, and after events.
* Assist with distributing event materials, badges, programs, and other supplies.
* Coordinate with team members to help ensure event activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or operations experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
