Job Description: Remote Chat and Email Representatives at 111 Sign, Inc

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation

• Proficiency in typing and using chat/email platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a chat or email support role
