Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine is looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations.
ResponsibilitiesManage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally
Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and daily reporting
Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals
Lead the team by example with a positive and professional attitude
Minimum 6years of restaurant management experience (fine dining preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Authorization to work in the United States
