We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support Tesla’s North America Service team. Seeking a creative thinker who takes a non-traditional approach to identifying excellent talent, and has a deep-seated passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, hold themselves accountable, have a willingness and drive to manage a demanding high volume workload, strong presentation skills, and experience working successfully in a team environment. Comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholder.
What You'll Do Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clientsDeeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organizationDevelop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communicationFind creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stagesManage a high volume of clients and requisitions
What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high volume recruiting environmentProven ability to provide an incredible experience to all candidates and clients worked withAbility to effectively communicate and sell candidates on the importance of each individual role to Tesla's missionA sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and strong-organizational skillsExperience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATSA combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred

Associate Recruiter - $64,000 - $96,000/annual salaryRecruiter - $84,000 - $126,000/annual salarySr Recruiter - $112,000 - $168,000/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
